Apple and Sweet Potato Bake

• 5 sweet potatoes
• 4 apples
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ cup margarine or butter
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• ¼ cup hot water
• 2 thìa mật ong

1. 1. Boil the 5 sweet potatoes in water until they are almost tender.
   2. Let the sweet potatoes cool, then peel and slice them into discs.
   3. Peel the apples, remove the core, and slice.
   4. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
   5. Grease the casserole dish with butter or margarine.
   6. Put a layer of sweet potatoes on the bottom of the dish.
   7. Add a layer of apple slices.
   8. Add some sugar, salt, and tiny pieces of margarine to the apple layer.
   9. Repeat steps 6, 7, and 8 until apples and sweet potatoes are used up.
   10. On the top layer of apples, sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar, margarine pieces, and nutmeg.
   11. Mix honey and hot water together and pour over the top layer.
   12. Bake for about 30 minutes or until apples are tender.

• 4 manzanas
• ½ taza de azúcar

• 2 cucharas miel

1. Hierva los 5 camotes en agua hasta que estén casi tiernos.

4. Precaliente el horno a 400 °F.
5. Engrase una cacerola con mantequilla o margarina.
6. Coloque una capa de patatas dulces en el fondo de la cacerola.
7. Agregue una capa de rodajas de manzana.
8. Agregue un poco de azúcar, sal, y trocitos de margarina encima de las manzanas.
9. Repita los pasos 6, 7 y 8 hasta que las manzanas y las patatas dulces se han agotado.
10. En la capa superior, espolvoree el resto del azúcar, la margarina, y la nuez moscada.
11. Mezcle la miel y agua caliente y derrame sobre la capa superior.
12. Hornee por unos 30 minutos o hasta que las manzanas estén tiernas.
