- 1-2 blocks of firm tofu, cubed
- 1-2 heads broccoli, chopped
- 3-4 green onions, diced
- 2-3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2-3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional Additions: 1 red pepper, 1 bunch of asparagus
