  • 1 1/2 pounds brussel sprouts, ends trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

TIPS:

While in the oven, shake pan every 5 minutes to ensure brussel sprouts are roasting evenly.
