  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • Half red onion, diced
  • 2 cups plain yogurt Look for dahi yogurt at an Indian store or use any other plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • Handful of finely chopped mint
  • Handful of finely chopped cilantro 
  • Salt to taste
