- Half red onion, diced
- 2 cups plain yogurt Look for dahi yogurt at an Indian store or use any other plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- Handful of finely chopped mint
- Handful of finely chopped cilantroÂ
- Salt to taste
