  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 2 tsp. dried
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper

Can use other chicken parts such as leg quarters
