NTFB will hold public food distributions with its feeding partner, Catholic Charities Dallas and Dallas College to help families in North Texas struggling to make ends meet.
The food is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants will be asked to share their name and the size of the family and provide a zip code where their family resides to receive food.
Please note that these drive-thru distributions require participants to have a vehicle.

The NTFB would like to acknowledge that while every effort is made to adhere to posted distribution times, some sites are subject to change due to product availability and/or weather.
Thanksgiving Food Distribution
NS उत्तर टेक्सास खाद्य बैंक (NTFB), in collaboration with the University of North Texas at Dallas (UNT Dallas), will host a Thanksgiving food distribution for families in need on Saturday, November 22, 2025. This event will take place on the UNT Dallas campus at 7300 University Hills Blvd. in Southern Dallas from 9 a.m. to noon or until supplies last. Each participating family will receive a holiday turkey and around 60 lbs. of nutritious food.
Families do not need to register in advance to receive food, but they must have a vehicle for the drive-through setup.
Dallas College Drive-Thru Pantry
Drive-Thru Pantry days are when community members can drive through campus and pick up free groceries, including fresh produce and milk. Drive-Thru Pantry is first come, first served. There is no need to register for the event. You must have a vehicle to pick up groceries.
Tips for Using the Drive-Thru Pantry
- Arrive early to ensure you get some of the fresh produce available from the North Texas Food Bank.
- You must have a vehicle to pick up groceries.
- Drive-Thru Pantry participants are required to share their family size to receive food. No proof is necessary; the process is a self-declaration.
Drive-Thru Pantry days may be rescheduled or cancelled due to inclement weather conditions. The latest delivery information will be shared through Dallas College social media.
