Diners can start making reservations now at 160 eateries participating in this year’s Semana del restaurante DFW.
Now in its 29th year, the culinary event features prix-fixe brunch, lunch and dinner menus at DFW restaurants throughout the month of August. Around 20% of each meal purchased in the Dallas area supports North Texas Food Bank (and meals purchased in the Tarrant County area support Lena Pope).
Since its inception, DFW Restaurant Week has raised more than $12 million for NTFB and Lena Pope, with more than $740,000 being given last year alone.
This year’s Restaurant Week begins with a preview weekend July 31 through August 3. The official event runs August 4 through 31.
