Dan’s expertise lies in blending his passion for cooking with his astute business skills. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, he has a flair for creating seasonal, artisanal dishes that are both technically refined and artistically presented. Dan made his way to Dallas after graduation and his culinary journey has been marked by diverse experiences that range from casual cuisine to five-star dining to farm-to-table concepts. Dan’s leadership skills are evident in his ability to manage high-energy kitchens efficiently and profitably, leading teams of up to 100 employees. His career includes roles at prestigious establishments like HALL Arts Hotel and Circle T Ranch, where he serves as executive chef. Dan’s innovative approach to food, combined with his commitment to quality and flavor, makes him a remarkable talent and standout figure in the culinary scene, and we are thrilled to feature him at this year’s Empty Bowls event.
