  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 4 tablespoons canola or olive oil
