Are you looking for a memorable experience? Host a "Pack & Party" at the North Texas Food Bank! Spend your special day with us, while helping the 1 in 6 people who are food insecure in our community.

To book your Pack and Party, follow these 3 easy steps:

Party Packages

Classic Package

$300 for up to 30 guests on an available Saturday

Includes:

  • Your event being held from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. during operating hours
  • Digital email invitation provided by NTFB to the host
  • Online RSVP process
  • NTFB host for 2 hours
  • Private party room with tables and chairs for 3 hours
  • Access to a Bluetooth portable music player in the party room
  • Choose one: 2 short activities, a behind the scenes tour of NTFB, or extra time volunteering
  • 30 minute volunteer experience for those 7 years of age or older
  • We clean up!

Upgrades:

  • $12 per extra person with a maximum of 50 guests
  • $2 for each party favor

Premium Package

$400 for up to 30 guests on an available Saturday

Includes:

  • Your event being held from 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. during operating hours
  • Digital email invitation provided by NTFB to the host
  • Online RSVP process
  • NTFB host for 2 hours
  • Private party room with tables and chairs for 3 hours
  • Access to a Bluetooth portable music player in the party room
  • Choose one: 2 short activities, a behind the scenes tour of NTFB, or extra time volunteering
  • 30 minute volunteer experience for those 7 years of age or older
  • We clean up!

Upgrades:

  • $12 per extra person with a maximum of 50 guests
  • $2 for each party favor

Step 2: Request a Saturday

Space is limited! Please note, we need at least 15 days notice to plan your party. If available, you can request a date 3 months out.

Step 3: Secure Your Party

$100 deposit required. After requesting your date, we will contact you within one business day. If we can accommodate your party, we will send you instructions on how to make your non-refundable deposit of $100. The party reservation is secured when the deposit is paid at least 10 days prior to the event.

Where are the Pack & Party events held?

At the North Texas Food Bank's Perot Family Campus located at 3677 Mapleshade Lane, Plano, TX  75075.

Is there an age restriction?

Attendees can be of any age, however, those who volunteer in the warehouse packing food must be at least 7 years old.

Is there a dress code?

All attendees must wear closed-toe shoes (no sandals or flip flops). We recommend casual clothing appropriate for the season.

What can we expect for our three-hour event rental?
  • Time to decorate and welcome your guests
  • 15 minutes for two short activities or a behind the scenes tour of NTFB or extra time volunteering
  • 15 minutes to discuss safety and receive packing instructions
  • 30 minutes for packing food
  • Enjoy the rest of your time in a private event space

Is there a place for us to store our food?

Unfortunately, there is not a refrigerator/warmer to store food.

When do I make the final payment?

The final payment will be made at the conclusion of your party.

What happens if I have to cancel?

Your deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another available date if you: contact us to reschedule with at least 7 days/ notice or have to cancel your party due to inclement weather (i.e. tornados. flooding, etc.)
