  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Optional:

1 pound of cooked chicken breast, cut into small pieces
