  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 Bunch scallions, chopped
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 Tablespoons nonfat sour cream
  • ½ Cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • Optional (Chopped vegetables, 2 tablespoons Cilantro, 1 teaspoons cumin,, 4 tablespoons salsa)
