You don’t want to miss the incredible lineup of restaurants at Taste! At The Star, presented by Tyson Foods, on April 17, at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco. Get ready to enjoy delicious bites from over 20 top chefs and restaurants, including a brisket crostini from Lockhart Smokehouse, ahi tuna Mexicana from The Mexican, and a Viennese chocolate mousse bar by La Duni Baking Studio. Along with a premier culinary experience, the evening will include thrilling live and silent auctions, live entertainment and a Mission Moment experience focused on our Food 4 Kids backpack program.
Taste! At The Star is co-chaired by Janet Ryan, Managing Director and Private Client Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank, and Tom Walker, Chief Financial Officer of the Dallas Cowboys. Proceeds will benefit NTFB’s Nourish the Future programs, which help ensure children experiencing food insecurity have consistent access to nutritious meals that support their health and academic success.
Says Gabriella, a mom of young girls who visits an NTFB partner School Pantry, “I have always been able to not need anything from anybody, so this is kind of humbling. But it’s good because now I’m able to spend less on groceries and put this money toward other bills.”
