•1-16 oz. Can black beans  
•½ Green bell pepper 
•½ Small onion  
•5 Portabella mushrooms (sautéed) 
•2 Cloves garlic, peeled 
•1 Egg, beaten 
•2/3 Cup whole wheat bread crumbs (or can substitute original bread crumbs) 
•Season to taste (Optional: 1 Tablespoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, dash of salt/pepper)
