  • 1 spaghetti squash, cooked (see details below)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
  • Salt and pepper to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon each)
