- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 lime, cut in half & juiced
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple pieces or tidbits, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 3 small green onions, thinly sliced
