  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 lime, cut in half & juiced
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple pieces or tidbits, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 3 small green onions, thinly sliced
