Trisha Cunningham is President and CEO of the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB), a $200 million nonprofit focused on eradicating hunger in a diverse 13-county service area. This area has the 4^th highest number of people and the 4th highest number of children in the country who do not know where to find their next healthy meal. Through direct and feeding partner programs, the food bank team of more than 200 employees and 35,000 volunteers provided access to a record 106 million physical meals in their last fiscal year - the most-ever physical meals distributed in our history and a nearly 10 percent increase from the previous year. Additionally, NTFB provided access to more than 19 million meals through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

Before North Texas Food Bank, Cunningham was a 30-year global marketing, communications, branding, and public affairs executive at Texas Instruments, where she most recently served as Chief Citizenship Officer striving for global social impact. She serves as board chair for Feeding Texas and a director of the International Women’s Forum (IWF) Dallas Chapter. She formerly served on the boards of the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, Leadership Women, and Volunteer Now. She is a member of the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance, where she teaches in the Nonprofit Governance Certificate Program, Rotary Club of Park Cities, Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC) Executive Women’s Roundtable, DRC Leadership Dallas Alumni, United Way Women of Tocqueville, and The Dallas Assembly.

Cunningham has received numerous awards including DCEO 500 Most Influential Business Leaders, Women in Business and Most Inspiring Leader awards, Texas Women’s Foundation Maura Women Helping Women Award, Dallas Business Journal Women in Business honoree, United Nations Global Leadership Award, Collin County Business Alliance Leadership Award, D Magazine, 78 Women Who Make Dallas Great, Dallas Morning News Texan of the Year finalist, Leadership Dallas Distinguished Alumni Award and Junior League of Collin County Nonprofit Executive of the Year. She also received Murray State University’s highest alumni award.

Trisha has a B.S. in Computer Information Systems with an emphasis in business from Murray State University. She and her husband, Greg, reside in Fairview, Texas (Collin County) and have two grown children.

Erica Yaeger is the Chief External Affairs Officer for the North Texas Food Bank. Prior to joining the Food Bank, she served as Assistant Dean of Development and Alumni Relations at The University of Texas at Dallas, where she led the Naveen Jindal School of Management’s development and alumni relations team, and as Executive Director of Sci-Tech Discovery Center in Frisco. Before joining the non-profit sector, Yaeger spent eight years in the telecom industry and was the founder, owner, and publisher of Richardson Living magazine, a lifestyle publication designed to connect communities and inspire involvement.

Yaeger earned a Bachelor of Communication from North Carolina State University and an MBA with a concentration in marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas. She lives in Richardson with her husband, Dave, and two children.

Maurice Wilson II

Chief Operating Officer

Maurice Wilson II is the Chief Operating Officer of the North Texas Food Bank and a member of the executive team responsible for leading business operations, logistics, transportation, quality, and food sourcing. He is a proven leader in operations and logistics, having experience in managing operations across multiple sites, facilities management, WMS implementation, transportation, and warehousing.

Maurice has extensive experience in supply chain and logistics, leading organizational change and operational turnarounds. He has managed many types of supply chain operations, including food distribution, electronics, jewelry, apparel, and home goods products for companies such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Wayfair. As a 17-year U.S. Army Veteran, he earned various awards and led Army Reserve units' stateside response to 911 during Operation Armored Falcon.

Maurice holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science from Cameron University.

Bill Garza

Chief Financial Officer

Bill Garza is the Chief Financial Officer of North Texas Food Bank. He has been a nonprofit financial leader for the last 7 years, where he has brought deep private sector experience in areas of strategy, finance, and cross-organizational initiatives. During this time, Bill served as CFO for leading, Austin-based nonprofit agencies in the social services and K-12 education sectors, including AIDS Services of Austin and KIPP Austin Public Schools. As a member of the NTFB executive team, he directs and oversees the Finance, Information Technology, and Procurement functions, with a combination of strategic and tactical planning, implementation, and leadership.

Prior to his career with nonprofit enterprises, Bill worked in areas of strategy and finance, first as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and later as a senior leader with American Express, Google, and Hermes Music Group. Bill earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University.

Nonprofit financial stewardship is both a vocation and a calling for Bill where he can marry his professional experience with his dedication to improving the quality of life for others.

Renee Anderson

Vice President of People and Culture

Renee Anderson is the Vice President of People & Culture for the North Texas Food Bank. She brings more than 15 years of diverse human resources experience, most recently in nonprofit healthcare as the Senior Director of Human Resources at The Legacy Senior Communities. Anderson has a strong passion for driving growth through employee engagement and for integrating core values into organizational culture. As a member of the NTFB executive team, Anderson oversees both the People & Culture team and the Administration team.

Anderson earned a Master of Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from California State University Fullerton. Prior to her nonprofit work, Anderson served as director of Human Resources for Encompass Health and Vi Senior Living. She lives in Frisco with her husband and their two children.

Anne Readhimer

Chief Impact Officer

Anne Readhimer serves as the Chief Impact Officer at the North Texas Food Bank, where she spearheads strategies to drive systemic change to combat hunger, enhance equitable food access, and develop sustainable food security solutions. She manages several key areas, including the SNAP and Social Services Assistance team, NTFB programs like the Food 4 Kids backpack initiative, the Senior Meal program, Nutrition and Garden Education, and the Community Partner Relations team, which is dedicated to expanding agency networks and mobile distributions. Anne also leads the Network Expansion strategy, which focuses on growing the network to provide more meals through community partners in high-need areas.

Readhimer received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science and a Master of Science in Food Science from Texas A&M University. Prior to the North Texas Food Bank, she was Senior Director of Fresh Food Innovation for 7-Eleven, Inc., leading a comprehensive food service team targeting new products and quality improvements focused on the customer and operations simplicity. Prior to 7-Eleven, Readhimer worked for Yum! Restaurants International, supporting the Pizza Hut and KFC brands internationally in food innovation and menu development.

Anne spent most of her childhood in Houston. She moved to the North Texas area after graduate school and currently lives in Plano with her husband Don and their two children.
