We have 260 Member Agencies which consists of food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and social service centers. Use this search engine below to find a Member Agency in your area.
You can search by entering your zip code or city. Contact an Agency directly to find out what you need to qualify for food assistance and schedule an appointment.
Call 2-1-1. To find food and other assistance in your ZIP code area, call the Community Council of Greater Dallas any day of the week, any hour of the day. The three-digit phone number is 2-1-1. If your call does not go through when dialing 2-1-1, then call 214-379-4636.
Food Stamp Outreach
If you or someone you know may be eligible for food stamps, NTFB outreach coordinators can help with:
- Answers to questions about the application process, procedures, and rules
- Supplying the proper Application forms
- Help filling out and turning in your application
- We can request information about the progress of a case from the regional office.
